Veggie Cobb Salad

Make a bed of Romaine Lettuce or Spinach. On top of that add:
Toasted Pecans
Hardboiled Eggs
Thinly Sliced Red Onions
Lots of fresh Thyme

In a saucepan on low medium heat, let simmer for at least 15 minutes...
1 cup butter
3/4 cup honey
about 15 stems worth of thyme leaves

Right before serving, pour hot dressing over salad.
